Imagining and implementing a new way of catering
Sirio was established in the sixties in Ravenna to serve the commercial hospital catering sector.
Sensitive to customer satisfaction, in the following thirty years the Company became a reference point and market leader in Italy.
In 2006, in search for new challenges, Sirio proposed its innovative concept of catering to the national motorway sector, laying the foundations for new growth and lasting success.
The year 2012 marked the company’s entry into the Fast Food sector as a franchisee of the Burger King brand in Italy with two points of sale in Venice and Lido di Jesolo. The year 2014 brought the company, through its La Ghiotta brand, to enter the airport sector. Finally, in 2018, Sirio opened its doors to commercial catering management in city centres.
Nowadays, Sirio is a business with over 80 points of sale in the country, over 65 million in turnover at the end of 2018, over 700 employees and a clear mission: to welcome and provide to all the comfort, refreshment and warmth they need.
