The company was acquired by the ADASTRA group between late 2023 and 2024. This marked the beginning of its renaissance, starting with its people, who helped it redefine its values.
Today, Sirio has 78 catering establishments including coffee bars/cafeterias/restaurants/pizzerias/markets and self-service restaurants.
Sirio commits its core business to the private concession catering channel within the hospital channel, where it is present to date with 66 bar and restaurant locations and has more than 30 years of experience; the remaining business is oriented to commercial catering at urban areas, shopping malls and service areas.
